Supervisor
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, WA-based civil construction contractor delivering multidisciplinary projects across the resources, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Since its establishment, the business has grown from a smaller contractor into a self-performing civil business with a significant workforce, substantial owned plant fleet and an expanding portfolio of major projects across Western Australia.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering earthworks, roads and pavements, drainage, utilities, concrete, crushing and screening, and tailings and water storage facilities, with the capability to self-perform a broad range of civil scopes.
With an increasing pipeline of work and continued growth across major resources projects, the business is now looking to strengthen its operational leadership team.
This is an opportunity for experienced civil leaders to join a growing contractor where they can have a genuine influence on project delivery, team performance and the continued development of the business.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and site teams to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.
For the right person, there is also potential to progress into a broader Superintendent / Construction Management pathway, with opportunities to support multiple projects, mentor developing leaders and assist with mobilisation and operational issues across the business.

- Drive productivity, safety, quality and overall site performance
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Plan and manage daily construction activities
- Ensure works remain on programme and to specification
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve operational issues

- Assist with commercial outcomes, including variations and ensuring the business is paid for completed works
- Promote strong site behaviours, accountability and team culture
- Mentor and develop Supervisors, Engineers and emerging leaders
- Assist with mobilisation and project establishment where required
What We’re Looking For
We are open to candidates across Supervisor, Senior Supervisor and Superintendent levels, provided you have the right operational experience and leadership capability.
Ideally, you will have:
- Strong civil construction experience within resources, mining or infrastructure
- Experience across earthworks, roads, pavements, TSF or similar civil scopes
- Previous FIFO experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage site teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- The ability to drive performance and hold teams accountable
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and site delivery
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how site performance impacts project outcomes
The business is particularly interested in people who can take ownership, drive standards and lead from the front.
