Location: FIFO from QLD | Job Type: Full-time Permanent | Roster: 2:1

About the Company

Our client is a well-established EPC delivery partner within the renewable energy sector. With a strong pipeline of secured work we are seeking an electrical supervisors to assist in the delivery of a large windfarm.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Supervisors who enjoy hands-on project delivery and leading crews across regional and remote construction environments.

Scopes may include:

• Bulk earthworks, cut/fill and formation works
• Access roads and haul roads
• Drainage, culverts and stormwater
• FRP & Structural Concrete
• HV/MV electrical infrastructure
• Hardstands / crane pads / laydown areas
• Excavation and preparation for large concrete foundations

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor within a major project environment across renewables, transmission, substations or major electrical infrastructure
• Experience managing large crews
• Strong crew, plant and subcontractor management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive productivity while maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Previous FIFO, DIDO or remote construction experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Relevant construction tickets and licences
