The Roles

We are seeking experienced nurses across:

• Scrub/Scout
• Anaesthetics
• Recovery/PACU

Experience across the following specialties will be highly regarded:

• Ophthalmic
• Orthopaedic
• Cardiac
• Neuro
• General Surgery
• Plastics
• Urology
• Gynaecology
• Other specialist surgical areas

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care
• Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams
• Preparing and maintaining theatre equipment and instrumentation
• Supporting surgical procedures within your scope of practice
• Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and patient safety
• Providing effective clinical handover and documentation
• Contributing to a positive and supportive theatre culture

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent perioperative/theatre experience
• Experience in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics and/or Recovery/PACU
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy theatre environment
• A professional, flexible and patient-focused approach
