• $140k + Super + Attractive Annual Bonus

The Client:

Wonderful, accredited facility seeking a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a leader in Aged Care who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires a leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility which is running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day operational management of the accredited facility
• Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
• Lead, manage staff to continue to achieve high standards
• Achieve clinical and operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Actively meet performance targets in line with financial and human resource guidelines
• Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager or Acting Facility Manager working within residential Aged Care
• Current AHPRA Registration desirable
• Responsible for AN-ACC and occupancy
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance
• Understanding of day-to-day operational management of a facility
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Change management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
