About The Role

• Working as a Supervisor within a growing Pumps, Dredging and Dewatering business
• Working on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth
• Supervising and coordinating site crews throughout your swing
• Managing day-to-day site operations, work priorities and crew performance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Working closely with the Superintendent to ensure a smooth handover between swings

Skills / Experience

• Previous experience working in a Supervisor position
• Must hold a current Section 26 / S26
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience supervising crews and managing day-to-day site operations
• Experience within Pumps, Dredging or Dewatering highly regarded
• Mining or heavy industrial experience will also be highly regarded
• Strong safety focus with a stable employment history

Pay Rates

• $80/hr Site Rate
• $70/hr Local / Town Rate
• Local / town rate applies when working in town
• S26 is mandatory for the Supervisor position
