Production Operator

  • Day & afternoon shifts available – $36.00 to $41.40/hr
  • Ongoing Monday-Friday work with multiple positions available
  • Full Australian working rights required

Zenith Search is currently seeking reliable and hands-on Production Operators / Assembly Workers for multiple ongoing opportunities based in Welshpool.

Working within a busy, high-volume manufacturing environment, you will primarily be responsible for the assembly of conveyor rollers, working with steel tube and manufactured components.

The Role

  • Assembly of conveyor rollers and components
  • Fitting plastic end components to steel tube rollers
  • Repetitive production and assembly work
  • Using hand tools and basic workshop equipment
  • Working around production machinery, including CNC equipment
  • Completing quality checks on finished products
  • Following production and safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Working towards daily production targets

Shift Options

Day Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm – $36.00/hr

Afternoon Shift: 1:45pm-10:15pm – $41.40/hr including 15% shift loading

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous production, manufacturing, factory or assembly experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
  • Engineering, metal manufacturing or workshop experience highly regarded
  • Comfortable with repetitive manual work
  • Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Good communication and ability to follow instructions
  • Full Australian working rights essential
