Salary: $130k-$180k + Super + Vehicle (commensurate with experience)

Operating across a diverse range of sectors, the business specialises in commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects, with a focus on quality delivery, strong client relationships and repeat business.

Due to internal progression, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and contribute to the continued success of the business.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry, across fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong programme management, construction sequencing and forward-planning skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in project programming, procurement, budgeting and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
