The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators with a highly regarded mining contractor. This is a fantastic chance to join a company with a strong safety culture, excellent site amenities, and a reputation for treating their people well.

Site & Lifestyle

  • FIFO from Perth via Qantas charter (2hr flight)

  • Bus to site from Port Hedland (3hrs – paid)

  • 2:1 Roster (12-hour days, paid travel day)

  • Camp-style accommodation with excellent facilities:

    • 24hr gym, sports field, tennis/basketball courts

    • Onsite shop

    • Quality meals (meat, veg, and roasts)

  • Relaxed, scenic site with a supportive team culture

About the Role

  • Operating CAT 785, CAT 777 or Komatsu 785

  • Working in production across 3 ore pits and 2 waste pits

  • Typical truck runs: 20 minutes to 1 hour

  • Immediate start available for the right candidates

Pay & Benefits

  • Casual Rates: $50 – $58/hr (dependent on experience)

  • Weekly pay with super on all hours worked

  • Opportunity to transition to permanent for the right candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months’ experience on CAT 785 or similar

  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence

  • National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)

  • Full working rights in Australia (Birth Certificate or Passport)

  • Pre-employment medical including DAS

  • Able to pass phone screen and video interview with hiring team
