Advanced Scaffolders – Henderson, WA

  • Local Henderson-based role – Monday to Friday

  • 4-6 months of work on marine maintenance project

  • $50/hr + penalties | ASAP start available

Zenith Search is currently seeking Advanced Scaffolders for a marine maintenance project based at AMC Henderson.

This role will be working across vessels coming in for maintenance on the hard stand. The vessels will be positioned side by side, with crews working across both ships.

This is a strong opportunity for experienced Advanced Scaffolders chasing consistent local work, solid hours and a 4-6 month project close to home.

The Role

You will be working as part of an experienced scaffolding crew on a marine maintenance project.

The work will involve scaffolding across vessels while they are on the hard stand, supporting maintenance works and ensuring scaffold structures are built safely and to site requirements.

About The Project

The project is based at AMC Henderson, supporting maintenance works on vessels positioned on the hard stand.

The client will be running crews across the vessels, with steady work available for experienced scaffolders who can get inducted and mobilised quickly.

Duties Will Include

  • Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold structures

  • Working on vessels positioned on the hard stand

  • Supporting maintenance crews with safe access

  • Reading and following scaffold requirements

  • Working as part of a site-based scaffolding crew

  • Completing works safely and efficiently

  • Following site procedures and permit requirements

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What You Will Need

  • Advanced Scaffolding ticket

  • White Card

  • Working at Heights

  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport

  • Ability to complete pre-access requirements

  • Ability to pass a DAS Test

  • Current National Police Clearance

Highly Regarded

  • Confined Space

  • Previous marine, shipyard or shutdown experience

Important Site Requirements

Successful candidates will need to complete inductions before accessing site.

These may need to be completed approximately one week before attending site to allow time for approval and site passes to be processed.

Daily alcohol testing is completed on site, with random drug and alcohol testing also conducted.
