We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in Mollymook. As part of the Allied Health team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the functional independence of clients by delivering active, evidence-based interventions.

Position Summary:
As a Physiotherapist, you’ll help improve clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functions, optimizing their ability to perform activities of daily living. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a person-centered, evidence-based environment that promotes continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments upon admission and periodic reviews
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings
- Address referrals and perform post-fall reviews
- Lead manual handling training
- Document treatment plans and interventions
- Supervise Allied Health Assistants
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or higher
- Valid work rights in Australia
