PRODUCTION ALL ROUNDER OPERATORS WANTED | 15 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

  • 2/1 Roster | Ongoing Temp to Perm Opportunity After 3 Months
  • Highly regarded contractor with established operations
  • FIFO | Gold Project | $65-$70/hr Flat | Multiple Positions Available

Zenith Search has been engaged by a leading contractor to supply experienced All Rounder Operators across active gold production projects. These roles are ongoing and offered on a temp-to-perm basis across production and bulk earthworks operations.

About the Role

  • Operating a range of production mining equipment
  • Working across gold production projects

Positions Available

  • All Rounders – Minimum Dozer + Grader + Loader

    Predominantly on dozer. Must be a confident dozer operator with additional skills

    Experience operating 120t+ excavators is highly regarded

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a production all rounder
  • Dozer experience essential for dozer-focused roles
  • Ability to operate multiple machines safely and competently
  • Mining production experience
  • Current relevant tickets and licences

Camp & Facilities

  • Motelling-style rooms with ensuite
  • Wi-Fi available
  • 24-hour gym
  • Dry mess and wet mess onsite

Recruitment Process And Requirements

  • All applicants will be required to attend a face-to-face interview at our Subiaco office and complete a client phone screen as part of the selection process.
  • Current relevant tickets and licences for relevant machinery
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, D&A, and police check
