All Round Operator

PRODUCTION ALL ROUNDER OPERATORS WANTED | MULTPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

  • 2/1 Roster with consistent hours and to boost take-home earnings
  • Temp to perm attractive rates on offer – Super paid on all hours worked
  • Gold/Iron Ore Projects | Multiple Positions Available

Zenith Search has been engaged by a leading contractor to supply experienced All Rounder Operators across active gold production projects. These roles are ongoing and offered on a temp-to-perm basis across production and bulk earthworks operations.

  • Please note: All flights depart from Perth
  • Will require Australian/NZ Permanent residency or Citizenship – No working holiday OR Overseas visas

Positions Available

  • Production All-Rounders – Dozers + Grader + Loaders – Must be able operate 2 of 3 machines or more in production

    setting.

  • Graders – 16m/h mocels
  • Loaders – WA500/600
  • Dozers – D9/D10s
  • Trucks – CAT 777/785
  • Diggers – PC1250+

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a production all rounder
  • 2+ years Dozer experience essential for dozer-focused roles = $70 payrates
  • Ability to operate multiple machines safely and competently
  • Mining production experience
  • Current relevant tickets and licences

Camp & Facilities

  • Motelling-style rooms with ensuite and aircon
  • Wi-Fi available
  • 24-hour gyms + rec rooms
  • Dry mess and wet mess onsite

Recruitment Process And Requirements

  • All applicants will be required to attend a face-to-face interview at our Subiaco office and complete a client phone screen as part of the selection process.
  • Current relevant tickets and licences for relevant machinery
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, D&A, and clean NPC
