They are seeking an Allied Health Professional to join their multidisciplinary Mental Health team, delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment and care coordination to consumers experiencing mental ill health.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Allied Health Professional looking to work within a collaborative, recovery-oriented environment while managing a diverse mental health caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health, risk and psychosocial assessments.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing mental ill health.
• Developing recovery plans, care plans and discharge plans in collaboration with consumers and carers.
• Providing care coordination and managing an ongoing clinical caseload.
• Liaising with external service providers and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or another recognised Allied Health discipline.
• Current AHPRA registration (or registration with the relevant professional body where applicable).
• Experience working within community or clinical mental health settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health presentations and comorbidities.
• Strong assessment, risk management and therapeutic intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Current National Police Clearance and Driver’s Licence.
