AOD Clinical Lead – Alcohol and Other Drug Services

Location: Regional Western Australia (relocation assistance provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000 + super + salary packaging + $10,400 remote allowance + housing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AOD Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership across Alcohol and Other Drug services. Reporting to the AOD Services Manager, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and support compliance with relevant clinical and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support the clinical team.
• Oversee client assessments, treatment planning and case management.
• Ensure compliance with AOD and therapeutic community standards.
• Develop and improve clinical policies and procedures.
• Support accreditation, quality improvement and clinical governance.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to achieve service objectives.

About You

You will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.
• Registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable).
• Experience leading clinical teams within AOD, mental health or rehabilitation services.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based AOD treatment and therapeutic community models.
• National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and a current Driver’s Licence.
