Location: Anywhere is Brisbane
Job Type: 3-4 days a week – can accommodate full time if required
Salary: $130k – $140k + super + travel reimbursement + hybrid
About the Company
Our client is a highly reputable Community NDIS provider who have a very successful Behaviour Support and Support Coordination business. They have forged an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services which are aligned with best-practice therapy for their clients & families.
The Role
This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Behaviour Support Clinical Team Lead, who is looking for a leadership position, where they can lead of a team of 6 behaviour support practitioners and social workers. You must be endorsed at Proficient Level or Above, so that you are able to sign off on assessments, reports and Restrictive Practices.
You we be a mentor who thrives on seeing your team grow and your clients reach their full potential. We need a leader who balances team supervision, one-to-ones, report and assessment checking with feedback, along with managing your own, small clinical caseload. Your priority is to free-up the practice director.
The role will involve the following:
- Leadership & Mentorship:Overseeing a team of 6 Practitioners, mentoring them through their case load, and reviewing plans and reports written – providing feedback and clinical insight.
- Collaboration:Coordinating with practitioners, management and administration to ensure a unified and effective approach. Creating a team environment to bring ‘your people’ together regularly, to enhance the team culture of connectivity and inclusion.
- Clinical Excellence:Manage your own small caseload, developing personalised behaviour support plans, conducting assessments, and providing therapeutic interventions
- Governance:Maintaining compliance with NDIS Quality and Safety Commission standards and ensuring all reporting and documentation meet regulatory frameworks

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Must be a Proficient Level Behaviour Support Practitioner (or above)
- Must enjoy working with NDIS participants in a community setting
- Possess own vehicle and a full driving licence
- Enjoy developing emerging behaviour practitioners to reach their full potential
- Creating a caring, kind, respectful and collaborative team environment where everyone is ‘heard and seen’
