Salary: $85K – $120K – based on experience + Super + amazing bonus structure $8K – $14K available

The Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to become part of their rapidly growing, high-performing team!

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing Comprehensive and Interim reports and completing functional behaviour assessments
• Working with restrictive practices and creating fade out plans where appropriate
• Working with a multidisciplinary team
• Setting goals and creating strategies to reach clients targets and collecting the data

What We’re Looking For

• Core or above endorsement level Behaviour Support Practitioner & Practitioner number
• A practitioner with a passion with helping people with disabilities
• Previous experience drafting positive behaviour support plans
• Be confident providing direction around the use of restrictive practices
• Interest in working with a mixed caseload – across the lifespan
