Salary: $85K – $120K + Super + Bonus $8K – $14K per year available

You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of like-minded Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants, Social Workers, and Physiotherapists. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping and strengthening its Behaviour Support team as it continues to expand.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and grow clinically with support and supervision of a high standard.
In this newly created position, you will be providing person-centred, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team delivering assessments and interventions to support independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct assessments (functional behaviour assessments) and develop behaviour support plans (interim and comprehensive) that are person-centred and evidence-based and align with NDIS standards
- Implement strategies and support participants and teams, providing guidance, training, and collaboration with families and allied health staff
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance, reviewing plans, reporting outcomes, and adhering to NDIS and organisational requirements
- Ensure plans enhance quality of life, eliminate and reduce restrictive practices and promote meaningful skill development
- Ensure all work within this space aligns with both NDIS and state and territory legislative requirements
- Supervise junior BSP practitioners, including being responsible for sign-off or endorsement of plans when required (if at proficient level or above)
- Contribute to the design, growth and quality systems of the new Behaviour Support Team.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist NDIS endorsement
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Number
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or relevant discipline
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Clean driving license and own vehicle
