Behaviour Support Team Leader or Psychologist

Role Overview:
We have exciting roles available for passionate Proficient Level Behaviour Support Practitioners, General or Provisional Psychologists to join this fantastic organisation.

• Full-time & Permanent (will consider 3 days, 4 days or 9 day fortnight for the right candidate)
• Multiple locations available – QLD & NT
• Hybrid working model – full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration or in office space, in support of your caseload
• Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate practitioners, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development
• You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support

Salary Guide:

• Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Leader – $100k – $115k + super + bonus
• Provisional Psychologist – $80k – $90k + super + $7k supervision allowance + bonus
• General Psychologist – $100k – $110k + super + bonus

About you:

• You will have general AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (or provisional and close to attaining)
• As PBS You will have Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline (or final stages of completion)
• Proficient registration with the NDIS commission as a minimum (essential)
• A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential
• A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
• A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great
• Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
• IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
• Fun and energetic! Passionate about joining a vibrant & diverse team who really enjoys working together
• Driver’s license and use of your own vehicle
