The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a supportive team where you’ll have the time and resources to deliver quality outcomes. With a manageable caseload that is gradually introduced, you’ll never be expected to hit the ground running with an overwhelming workload.

In addition to managing your own participants, you’ll play a supervisory and mentoring role within the team, which is reflected in the lower KPI expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop high-quality Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Provide evidence-based, person-centred Behaviour Support in line with NDIS Commission requirements.
• Coach and mentor support teams, families and stakeholders to implement effective behaviour support strategies.
• Monitor outcomes, review Behaviour Support Plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful participant outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner recognised by the NDIS Commission.
• Experience conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical Behaviour Support.
• Collaborative, positive and motivated to contribute to a growing team.
