Civil Operators – Perth Metro

  • Perth metro work – home every night
  • Ongoing and project-based roles with opportunity for long-term work
  • Civil earthworks, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects

About the Role

Join well-established civil contractors across Perth metro, with roles available both north and south of the river.


These roles support daily site production across a range of civil projects including bulk earthworks, roadworks, and subdivisions.

This is ideal for operators chasing consistent local work with strong potential to roll into longer-term or permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

Operate plant safely and efficiently on active civil sites

Carry out daily pre-starts and routine checks

Work closely with supervisors and site crews to meet production targets

Maintain a strong safety-first approach at all times

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in civil construction (essential)

Experience operating one or more of the following:

  • Loader

  • Excavator

  • Watercart

  • Roller

  • Skid Steer

White Card (essential)

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
