The Opportunity:

We are assisting three of Queenslands top civil contractors in finding Civil Supervisors to deliver the next stage of multiple infrastructure projects in Queensland. Experience in TMR, Flood Recovery, Earthworks, Concrete & Structures will stand you in good stead of being consider for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and supervise construction crews, providing direction and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of civil supervisor experience.
  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the civil construction industry.
  • Experience in TMR, Flood Recovery, Earthworks, Concrete & Structures projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
