The Client:

Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care and they are a well respected provider who have a wonderful ’employee centric’ company culture. They invest heavily in staff development, progression and retention. They deliver high quality care and have a stable and highly clinically competent team with a Clinical Nurse and a Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide support. They are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this hugely successful team and facility. They have excellent staff to patient ratios and offer support at all times to ensure high quality of care is delivered at all times.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
• Attending family conferences and addressing any concerns
• Attending to any clinical governance and SIRS
• Supporting with staff leadership, training and education
• Reporting on Clinical Indicators and Auditing
• Relieving for Facility Manager as required
