The Client:

They deliver high quality care and have a stable and highly clinically competent team and are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this hugely successful team and facility. They have excellent staff to patient ratios and offer support at all times to ensure high quality of care is delivered at all times.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Ensure all clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
• Manage clinical assessments and care plan development
• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure best practice
• Support with training and education
• Participate in clinical and quality audits
• Liaise and consult with multi-disciplinary team
