  • 5 Star, Large NFP Residential Aged Care Facility (responsible for 60 beds) – South of the River
  • $120K + Super + NFP $16K Salary Pkg + Benefits + Onsite Parking + Close to Public Transport
  • Amazing Facility Manager with 2 CNMs looking after site – Dynamic Team and Culture

The Client:

Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care and they are a well respected provider who have a wonderful ’employee centric’ company culture. They invest heavily in staff development, progression and retention. They deliver high quality care and have a stable and highly clinically competent team with a Clinical Nurse Educator/Trainer to provide support. They are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this hugely successful team and have excellent support with 2 CNMs on site, a CCC, RNs, ENs and med comp carers. They have excellent staff to patient ratios and offer support at all times to ensure high quality of care is delivered at all times.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
  • Attending family conferences and managing SIRS
  • Mentoring, coaching staff to reach full potential
  • Reporting on Clinical Indicators and be actively involved in audits
