Salary: $155,000 + housing + car
About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of community services in the Pilbara region, delivering essential programs that support individuals, families and communities. With a strong focus on integrity, respect and innovation, the organisation delivers a comprehensive range of services including youth and family programs, community and aged care services, and drug and alcohol support programs.
They are currently seeking an experienced Manager to lead a portfolio of alcohol and other drug services and drive positive outcomes across the region.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AOD/Human Services/Mental Health as a Leader to step into a senior management role overseeing a range of community-based programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight across Community & AOD programs
* Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in line industry standards
* Manage contract performance, reporting, governance and financial accountability
* Build strong partnerships with government agencies, funders, Aboriginal Corporations and community stakeholders
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across rural and remote service environments
* Oversee client pathways including assessment, referral, case coordination and through-care
* Work closely with rehabilitation services to ensure integrated care pathways and aligned service delivery
You will play a key role in strengthening culturally secure services while ensuring compliance, quality improvement and workforce capability across programs.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Worker, Psychology, Human Services, Business related.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership role in
* Strong knowledge of AOD service standards, governance and compliance requirements
* Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams
* Experience supporting audits, accreditation processes and quality systems
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
