Construction Manager

  • $200K – $250K + VEHICLE + SUPER

The Opportunity:

Our client is an Australian owned company in the mining, civil and commercial construction industry. Nationally accredited for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, they have a fantastic reputation for their project delivery and management systems. With a reputation for career development as well as offering long term security they are an employer of choice in the civil industry in Australia.

The position:

  • The successful Construction Manager will oversee a portfolio of civil projects across Perth’s north and south metropolitan areas, with a combined value of approximately $100M, including Main Roads WA, Water Corporation, and land development projects, while leading and supporting a team of Project Managers.

The Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering degree is essential.
  • Strong metropolitan infrastructure experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support Project Managers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of project financials, budgets, and performance
  • Experience delivering civil projects across land development, subdivisions, and/or Main Roads WA and Water Corporation environments.
  • Responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of 2-3 Project Managers across a $100M project portfolio.
