Contract Administrator

We’re working with a well-established Perth builder delivering a range of commercial and residential projects across WA. Backed by a large and stable national group, this business offers the structure, systems, and support of a major construction company while maintaining a practical, team-focused approach on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage subcontracts

  • Administer variations, progress claims, and RFIs

  • Cash flow management and forecasting

  • Assist with procurement and cost tracking

  • Support project teams to meet budget and program requirements

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

About You

  • 2+ years experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial or residential construction

  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and project documentation

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Confident communicator and team player

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field
