The Opportunity – Contracts Administrator (Tier 2 Projects)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing project team as a Contracts Administrator supporting the delivery of significant Tier 2 building projects.
Working closely with the site-based commercial team, you will play a key role in managing subcontractor procurement, administering contracts and maintaining strong financial control across the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing subcontractor tendering, procurement and contract administration

Overseeing project cash flow, forecasting, cost reporting and profit optimisation

Assessing and administering variations and progress claims
-
Supporting head contract administration and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
-
Maintaining accurate financial reporting and documentation
This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities.
About You
You will hold qualifications in construction management, commerce, architecture, finance, law or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in a commercial role within the construction industry (Tier 2 or similar environment preferred).
