A major contractor has recently secured a $500M+ complex commercial development, and with delivery now underway, we are seeking experienced Contract Administrators to join the project team.

This is a rare chance to step into a landmark build at its early stages and play a key role in the successful delivery of one of the most significant projects in the market.

About You

We’re looking for a Contract Administrator who brings:

  • Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction on projects upwards of $30M+

  • Proven capability managing procurement, variations, progress claims, and subcontractor relationships.

  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

  • A collaborative attitude and desire to be part of a high-performance team.
