Our client, a market-leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join the team on a major $200M+ landmark project.

This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established builder offering strong systems, clear processes, and a collaborative project culture. Beyond this project, the business has a secure pipeline across multi-residential, high-rise, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.

About You

  • 5+ years’ Design Management experience

  • Builder-side experience preferred

  • Proven delivery on medium to large-scale construction projects $25M+ in value

  • Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
