Carnarvon, WA | Permanent Full-Time | $75,000 – $90,000 + super

Zenith Search is currently seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join an Aboriginal Medical Service in Carnarvon, Western Australia, providing culturally secure and holistic care to Aboriginal communities across the region.

This is a great opportunity for an EN looking to build on their experience in Aboriginal and community health, working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team and supporting patients across a broad range of primary healthcare needs.

The Role

You’ll work alongside Registered Nurses, GPs and other health professionals to provide high-quality, culturally appropriate care, including:

• Patient triage and initial clinical assessments

• Routine observations, wound care, blood collection and ECGs

• Supporting immunisation programs under RN supervision

• Assisting with adult health checks and preventative health screening

• Patient recalls, follow-up and care coordination

• Accurate clinical documentation and Communicare use

• Health education and promotion

• Referrals and liaison with other healthcare professionals as required

About you

You’ll be a Registered Enrolled Nurse with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working within Aboriginal health.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an EN

• Experience in Aboriginal health, community health or primary healthcare

• An understanding of Aboriginal culture and the health needs of Aboriginal communities

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Current or ability to obtain a Police Clearance and WWCC

• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
