The Company:

The Role:
We are currently searching for a customer success-oriented ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER to join the team. You will report directly into the Executive team and provide excellent customer satisfaction and outcomes through tailoring solutions for a global client base across the suite of products.
Duties:
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of the digital trading platform.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer goals.
- Demonstrate stakeholder engagement to collaborate with both external clients and internal teams to facilitate the smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
- Solution oriented approach by listening to customer needs to enable an effective implementation.
- Develop an understanding of industry-specific nuances, such as contracts for LNG purchases and sales.
The Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise account management, preferably within commodity trading, energy, freight, digital or SaaS sectors.
- Customer Service, Customer Experience and Client Services experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
- Be humble and inquisitive by nature.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to industry nuances and changes.
- Excellent project co-ordination skills utilising the experience of colleagues to deliver a seamless outcome.
