  • High Value Defence Projects | $500M
  • Salary: Up to $180k + Super

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing construction business that has evolved from a building contractor into a diversified organisation with established capability across the defence and civil infrastructure sectors.

Key Details:

  • Major Australian builder & construction company
  • Permanent, full-time opportunity in West Perth
  • Project values from $5M – $500M
  • 70% of projects in the defence space

Your New Role:

  • Hands-on role supporting end to end tender submissions
  • Engage with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Contribute to estimating strategy, including risk assessment, value engineering, and pricing decisions
  • Grow the WA building division

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Building Estimator
  • Strong exposure to vertical infrastructure projects
  • Experience in high- value projects over $100M
  • Construction Management, Engineering or related qualification
  • Strong subcontractor network across Western Australia, with demonstrated market relationships
  • Experience working on commercial construction or buildings projects is essential
