Zenith Search is partnering with a leading commercial builder with over 20 years of success delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an Estimator to join their team.

Delivering projects across the commercial, apartment, healthcare, education, retail, industrial and government sectors, this opportunity offers long-term stability, career progression and exposure to diverse projects valued from $10M to $100M+.

The Role

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing detailed cost plans, estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work and contract documentation
• Conducting quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing enquiries and analysing quotations
• Identifying project risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions
• Supporting tender strategy, procurement planning and bid preparation
• Preparing tender clarifications, exclusions and assumptions
• Attending site inspections and tender briefings where required
• Working closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions
• Assisting with post-tender negotiations and project handovers

About You

• 5+ years’ experience estimating commercial construction projects
• Experience with projects valued from $20M+
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and trade sequencing
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Full Australian working rights
