Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $155,000 per annum + super + salary packaging options

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to oversee a diverse service delivery portfolio while contributing to strategic planning, business growth, and organisational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple community services programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing management teams.
- Drive organisational growth through partnerships, funding, and service development.
- Oversee operational performance, compliance, risk, and financial management.
- Contribute to organisational strategy and executive decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with government, funding bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate, and sustainable service delivery.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to achieve strategic objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social/Behavioural Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience within community or human services.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and complex service portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of government funding, compliance, accreditation, and legislative requirements.
- Proven ability to build partnerships, secure funding, and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated financial management, budgeting, and contract oversight experience.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
