Perth CBD | Up to $220k + Super | Tier-1 Environment | Long-Term Security

Join a renowned Australian construction business delivering one of Perth’s most iconic, luxurious multi-residential developments. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, large-scale project with an experienced tier-1 team, strong pipeline security and genuine long-term career growth.

We are seeking a Facade Manager to lead all facade-related packages from procurement through to delivery. Senior Project Engineers with strong façade/Structures experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all facade scopes across design, procurement, delivery and Engineering

  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

  • Oversee installation quality, sequencing, safety and program performance

  • Review drawings, lead design workshops and resolve technical issues

  • Ensure facade works are delivered to premium architectural and quality standards

  • Report on progress, risks and key deliverables

About You

  • Proven experience in facade management on major commercial or residential projects

  • OR a Senior Project Engineer ready to step up with strong facade package experience

  • Background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders highly regarded

  • Strong design coordination, problem-solving and technical capability

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
