FIFO 2/1 – Crusher Operator

CRUSHER OPERATORS WANTED!!

  • Ongoing work | Temp to Perm after 3 Months
  • Operate large loaders including in a busy production environment
  • Work in the mobile crushing space with Terex, Metso and McCloskey machines

About the Job

We’re seeking experienced Operators to join our mobile crushing crews in the Pilbara. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be operating loaders, assisting with crusher operation, maintenance, and general site duties to help keep production running smoothly and safely.

Machines & Experience Needed

  • Previous experience in the mobile crushing space
  • Operation of WA500 and WA600 loaders
  • Familiarity with Terex Finlay, Metso, and McCloskey crushing equipment
  • Willingness to assist mechanical fitters and help out on the ground when required
  • Loader ticket preferred

Pay & Benefits:

  • Rates: $52 – $60 per hour casual (depending on experience)
  • Consistent and secure ongoing work across multiple mine sites
  • Temp to Perm after approximately 3 months

About the Sites & Camps

  • Pilbara-based operations with well-maintained equipment and facilities
  • Most flights depart from Perth – 1 site departs on a smaller plane out of Jandakot.
  • Comfortable camp setups with a tight-knit, safety-focused crew

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven background in mobile crushing operations
  • Hands-on operator willing to work both in and out of the machine
  • Current driver’s licence and police clearance (within 6 months)
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to site safety
