FIFO 30+ Dump Truck Operators NEEDED URGENTLY

DUMP TRUCK OPERATORS WANTED!!

• Ongoing work | Temp to Perm after 3 Months
• Operate large production trucks across top WA mining sites
• Work at well-equipped camps with gyms, sport courts, and great food

We’re seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for ongoing opportunities across iron ore, lithium and gold mining operations in Western Australia. These are long-term positions working with well-established mining contractors on productive and well-run sites.

Roster & Travel:

• 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth (day and night shifts)
• Flights provided (charter or Qantas depending on site)
• Travel time to camp is paid on most sites
• Comfortable village-style accommodation with great food, gyms, and recreation facilities

Equipment You’ll Be Operating:

• CAT 785 / 777
• Komatsu 785 / 1500
• 830E (electric and mechanical)
• Other large-scale production trucks

About the Role:

• Operate large production dump trucks in active open pit mining operations
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain safe operation standards
• Work across ore and waste pits with runs ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour
• Be part of a supportive production team with strong safety culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12-18 months experience operating CAT 777 or larger (or equivalent) in a mining production environment
• Electric truck experience highly regarded but not essential
• Must currently reside in Australia
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A testing

Pay & Benefits:

• Rates: $54 – $60 per hour casual (depending on experience)
• Excellent camp facilities – quality meals, gyms, sport courts, and recreation areas
• Consistent and secure ongoing work across multiple mine sites
• Temp to Perm after approximately 3 months
