Polywelders – FIFO 2/1 Roster | $63-65/hr | Mining Projects

  • Major civil contractor | Direct permanent hire

  • Long-term WA mining project kicking off late September

  • 2/1 FIFO roster | 12-hour shifts | Rio Tinto & FMG sites

About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Polywelders to join a reputable civil contractor on a large-scale pipeline project. This is a permanent full-time position, tied directly to project delivery, offering job security and long-term opportunity.

Duties

  • Polywelding using McElroy (450mm, T500, T600, T900) and Dixon (600mm-1010mm) machines

  • Assisting with civil pipeline construction

  • Working collaboratively with site crews in a team-driven environment

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Polywelder

  • Valid Polywelding ticket (within 2 years) – Essential

  • Chainsaw ticket – Essential

  • McElroy & Dixon experience – highly regarded

  • IT Loader / Skid Steer tickets – desirable

  • Rio Tinto inductions – advantageous

  • Must pass pre-employment medical & D&A

  • Police Clearance (within 6 months)
