Company:

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder with a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects, specialising in apartments and mixed-use developments. With several projects underway, they are now seeking an experienced Finishes Supervisor to join their team and drive excellence through the final stages of delivery for an apartment development in the northern suburbs of WA, with onging projects after this.

The Role:

As the Finishes Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in managing the final stages of apartment developments north of the river, Perth WA. Ensuring superior quality, attention to detail, and a seamless handover. You’ll coordinate multiple finishing trades and subcontractors while maintaining a strong focus on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating finishing trades (ceilings, painting, joinery, tiling, flooring, fixtures, etc.)
  • Overseeing site quality and presentation to the highest standard
  • Managing defect rectification and handover requirements
  • Maintaining strong communication with the Site Manager, Project Engineer, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring all works are completed to design and compliance specifications

About You:

You’re a proactive and detail-driven site professional who takes pride in a high-quality finished product. You have proven experience supervising finishing or fit-out trades on commercial building projects and enjoy leading by example on site.


You’ll bring:

  • Experience in commercial construction (miced-use and apartments experience is desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing
  • Excellent eye for detail and quality control
  • Sound communication and coordination skills
  • Commitment to safety, timelines, and teamwork
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
