Finishing Foreman – Commercial Construction

  • Projects: Apartments, Hotels, Aged Care
  • Location: Central – South of the River, Perth
  • Salary: Up to $180k + super + vehicle or allowance

We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected commercial builder, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across luxury apartments, hotels, and aged care developments.

Due to ongoing project wins, they are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their site team on major centrally located projects valued up to $200M.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of the finishing stage of the build, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are met.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing finishing trades and subcontractors on site
  • Coordinating handovers and defect management
  • Ensuring all finishes meet design and quality expectations
  • Driving programme and productivity during final stages
  • Maintaining strong site safety and compliance standards
  • Liaising with consultants, inspectors, and internal teams


About You

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on commercial projects, apartments, hotels , and/or aged care
  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing
  • High attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and meet deadlines
  • Well-organised with excellent communication skills
  • Trade or construction qualification preferred
  • Full Australian working rights and local experience – essential
