The Role:
This is an opportunity for a General Manager of HSEQ with an extensive background in construction in the resources sector, to join this National Construction and Maintenance Services business working out of their Sunshine Coast office.
As the HSEQ General Manager, you will spearhead the execution of the company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality strategy. We are seeking an assertive and impactful leader who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, environmental practices, and employee wellbeing. This pivotal role demands exceptional risk management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Requirements:
- 10+ years’ HSEQ experience
- Minimum Diploma in OHS and/or Cert IV WH&S
- Excellent understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive prior experience in an operationally focused HSE related role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Lead Auditor Qualification (desirable)
- Cert IV TAE (desirable)
