- $170K – $200K + super + salary packaging

Our client is experiencing national growth and have a rare opportunity for a General Manager – Operations to oversee their residences in WA. This is a strategic leadership position within the executive team and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Your experience in residential aged care and knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting the aged care sector will ensure all residences in Western Australia provide high quality service whilst maintaining efficiency and cost effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an effective support conduit between on-site Residential Managers and Support Service functions
- Drive achievement of residential compliance standards – accreditation, WHS and Hospitality standards
- Maximise occupancy levels and revenue (AN-ACC) and minimise costs
- Manage change and lead projects and support sites
- Develop, coordinate and implement training and development for facilities
- Liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in residential management in the aged care industry
- Management experience in a client-focused organisation
- Current AHPRA registration essential
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performing teams
- Proven and effective change and stakeholder management
- Financial acumen and strategic leadership experience
