The Opportunity

Under the guidance of the seasoned Manager of Civil Construction, esteemed for extensive industry expertise, the Graduate Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the team across a spectrum of recruitment activities, encompassing:

  • Screening and managing candidates
  • Conducting candidate interviews
  • Facilitating training and career advancement
  • Crafting and disseminating job advertisements through diverse channels such as Seek.com, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Employing marketing strategies and networking to expand business outreach
  • Furnishing feedback from candidate and client interactions
  • Offering guidance on salary negotiations
