HSE Advisor

Are you an experienced HSE professional ready to make an impact?

Our client provides diversified contract services including bulk earthworks, road and rail construction and concrete installation, together with contract mining and drill and blast services.

We are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their team on a 2/1 roster. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a 40% uplift, and a range of benefits designed to support your career and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years as an HSE Advisor, in construction or civil resources.
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in OH&S and ICAM Lead Investigator training.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and incident management systems, along with a current First Aid Certificate and C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Background: Previous FIFO site-based experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safety Leadership: Maintain and enhance our client’s strong safety culture.
  • Support: Assist project teams and supervisors in planning, training, and hazard prevention.
  • Investigations: Conduct and report on HSE incident investigations, developing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Inspections: Regularly inspect HSE processes, systems, and site environments.
  • Innovation: Develop and present solutions that balance safety with productivity.
