FIFO HSE Advisor | Contract Opportunities | $65-$85 ph + Super | 8:6, 2:1 & 2:2 Rosters
About the Role
We’re partnering with leading mining, civil, infrastructure and industrial contractors to recruit experienced FIFO HSE Advisors for a variety of contract opportunities across Western Australia.
Whether you’re looking for your next project or prefer contract work, we have opportunities across construction, shutdowns, maintenance, fixed plant, processing facilities and major infrastructure projects.

- FIFO + Perth Metro
- 8:6, 2:1 or 2:2 rosters available

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture on site.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Lead toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
- Review SWMS, JHAs and permit systems.
- Investigate incidents and assist with corrective actions.
- Support leaders and crews with HSE compliance.
- Ensure compliance with client, legislative and company safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors.
About You
- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within mining, civil, construction, oil & gas, renewables or heavy industry.
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum).
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation.
- Experience with audits, investigations and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- ICAM Investigation qualification and First Aid are highly regarded.
