HSEQ Advisor

140k Base + Vehicle + Super
HSEQ Advisor | Civil & Utilities Projects
METRO ROLE Monday – Friday

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading civil contractor delivering complex infrastructure and utilities projects. They’re looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to drive safety and quality across their projects.

The Role:

  • Implement and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and SWMS

  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments

  • Support incident investigations and corrective actions

  • Lead pre-starts and toolbox talks

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

  • Develop and promote HSEQ initiatives

You Have:

  • Cert IV/Diploma or higher in OH&S

  • 5+ years civil construction experience, 3+ as HSEQ Advisor

  • Construction White Card, C Class Licence

  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills

  • Exposure to Western Power projects highly regarded

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 desirable
