  • $125K + 15% UPLIFT + SUPER
  • WORK 6 MONTHS OF THE YEAR
  • PERMANENT FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join their site-based resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known Australian civil construction company, supporting a range of civil and electrical construction scopes on a FIFO roster.

In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, supporting a large, diverse workforce on WA’s largest oil operations project.

The Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources Advisor role or similar.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience in civil construction, mining/resource sector and/or oil & gas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR policy development as well as HR process improvement and implementation.
  • Strong familiarisation with relevant employment legislation (Fair Work, NES) and ability to interpret and translate to policies and procedures.
  • A passion for supporting people and driving continous improvement.
