HVAC Project Supervisor

  • Permanent Position

About the role

We are currently looking for a Project Supervisor that will play a key role in the success of projects ad leading company subcontractors. The successful person will be a confident Project supervisor with experience in HVAC systems within the commercial building and construction industry.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years Trade Experience
  • Supervisor experience (Preferable)
  • Ability to work as a motivated and reliable team member of team
  • Solid understanding of workplace health and safety principles
  • Good communication skills across all levels
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to interpret plans
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems

The role will require a strong work ethic and initiative to support the projects team including the following activities:

  • Planning, scheduling, organisation of subcontractor resources
  • A strong focus on OH&S
  • Liaising with clients to ensure quality standards and KPI are delivered
  • Undertaking pre-installation site inspections and assessments
  • Assisting with project budget management and financial outcomes
  • must have full working rights.
  • Monday to Friday role, 8am- 4.30pm
