Leading Hand/Supervisors

  • UP TO $160k + VEHICLE + SUPER
  • LOCAL PROJECTS – HOME EVERY NIGHT
  • FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand/Supervisor to join an established civil contractor in the Perth metro area on local projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term career growth and progression within a supportive company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with the Project Management team to ensure information and technical support is provided to meet the production schedule and oversee sub-contractors manage their scope of works accordingly.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ civil construction supervisory experience OR Minimum 5 years’ civil construction leading hand experience
  • Experience in above ground earthworks, underground utility installation or subdivisions
  • Demonstrated skills in Safety, HSE and/or Quality Control
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • WA manual drivers license
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and lead teams
